Terms of Service

1. The service

Fins ERP is a cloud-based business management platform provided on a subscription basis. We provide the software, hosting, updates and support described on this website. We do not provide accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice, and the platform is a tool you operate rather than a substitute for professional advice.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration details you provide, for keeping account credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You may add as many users as your business needs. You remain responsible for what those users do in the platform.

3. Trial period

New accounts receive a free trial of the period stated at signup, currently seven days, without payment details. At the end of the trial the account stops accepting new work until a subscription begins. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends.

4. Subscription, billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in Omani Rials in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our systems.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. If a renewal payment fails we will retry it and notify you; continued failure will suspend access until payment succeeds.

Prices published on our website are introductory and apply to new subscriptions at the time of purchase. We may change them at any time, and a published price is not an offer to supply at that price indefinitely.

For an existing subscription, a price change takes effect only at a renewal, and we will give you at least thirty days notice before it applies. A prepaid period is never repriced: if you have paid for a year, that year is charged at the rate you paid. If you do not accept a new price you may cancel before the renewal date.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter into the platform. We process it to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data from the platform at any time while your subscription is active.

We take backups as part of normal operations, but you remain responsible for keeping your own records as required by Omani law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to break any law, to store or distribute malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer’s data, or to resell access to the platform without our written agreement.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available continuously, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or causes outside our control. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practical.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from within the platform. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for breach of these terms, or where required by law. Where we terminate without cause we will refund the unused portion of a prepaid period.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
