Questions people ask before starting
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your account simply stops accepting new work until you subscribe — your data stays exactly where it is, and picks up the moment you do.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 7-day trial needs an email address and nothing else. You add payment details only when you decide to continue.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from inside the app, at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I move my existing data in?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, items, opening balances and historical transactions can be imported from Excel, and we will help you map the files.
Is the price per user?
No. One price covers your whole company, however many people you add. Growing your team does not grow your bill.
Where does my data live?
On dedicated infrastructure, backed up daily, with your company’s data isolated from every other tenant on the platform.
Will this price go up?
For new subscribers, yes — this is an introductory rate and it will rise as the product grows. If you are already subscribed, we give at least thirty days notice before any change applies to your renewal, and an annual subscription keeps today’s rate for the twelve months you have paid for.
